I just wanted to let you know we FINALLY got around to fixing that ceramic floor and -- WOW! - it really worked. All tiles are now secure with no more "give" to them when you step on them. HOORAY!

Your product saved us $1000's - the floor tile we have has been discontinued and we have a large kitchen area that would have had to be replaced if this didn't work.

If you really look closely you can see where we drilled the hole, but just barely and that is only on the picture. In actuality you cannot see it at all. Again, thanks for your help and your wonderful product.

Dear Easyfix,

I did my first tiling project on my own and had quite a few "hollow spots". Was quite depressed in realizing that my main option was to pry off tiles and replace them. I researched and came across Easyfix. I watched a couple of Youtube videos and was impressed.
